This will make you LOL (Laugh Out Loud), or maybe not. It has emerged that Internet slang is one of the most annoying practices by e-mail users. According to a Yahoo survey, group texts don't make us happy either. Here are the top five pet peeves:

1 Use of text speak such a LOL 22%

2 Mass distribution of emails 16%

3 Use os CAPITAL LETTERS for shouting 15%

4 No entry in the subject line 12%

5 Read Receipts 10%

    Too much text in the header when forwarding an email, making one have to scroll through dozen of names. You should delete text before forwarding.
