Hey Mon,

Today is day three of our Sandals getaway.Our flight on Air Jamaica on Tuesday was fantastic we were right on time and the crew is just great.Yesterday after the morning show and some great interviews I headed to the gym for a workout then to the beach and the pool.It was a totally relaxing day.Did I mention that it was 88 degrees and sunny.It is absolutley beautiful here and you can be here.Find out more at www.967thecoast.com or www.sandals.com...
