Back in September I was not feeling to good about myself .My back was always hurting I wasn't sleeping well and I was overweight and out of shape. I knew that I had to do something about it. FITNESS MATTERS on High Ridge Road in Stamford were doing commercials on the radio station for a program they had called "fit by the first". I paid them a visit and spoke to the owner Heather Gansel. I started my program on September 8^th and by the time I finished the program I had lost weight and almost 5 inches on my waist.(see previous blogs for more info) I have continued my workouts and eating healthy and as of today I have lost 24 pounds.FITNESS MATTERS teaches you how to become more healthy through workouts and diet it is a total lifestyle change.
