FIT BY THE FIRST ...STATS

Ok here we go...I started my FIT BY THE FIRST program at FITNESS MATTERS on Highridge Road in Stamford on September 8th.My weight was 190lbs, my body fat was 24.7% my waist was 39.5 inches.On Friday after an awesome workout my weight is now 179lbs,body fat 19 % and my waist is 36.25 inches ...I have also lost over 2 inches of fat on my chest and gained inches on my (guns) arms. It shows through hard work and a healthy diet that changes can be made.
