With the craziness of the holidays I totally forgot to tell you about my final day at FITNESS MATTERS.My final day was December 22 and after my final grueling workout came time for my final weigh in.I recieved good news I had lost another 3 pounds from my previous weigh in ion December 5th.I willl give you the stats from my first weigh in on Sept 8th

WEIGHT 190 lbs

BODY FAT 24.7%

WAIST 39.5 inches

HIPS 40 inches

ARMS 11.5 inches

CHEST 38 inches

WEIGHT 176 LBS

BODY FAT 19%

WAIST 35.75 inches

HIPS 38 inches

I can't believe it ! I lost 14 lbs and almost 4 inches on my waist in 3 months and my body fat went down over 5%.My whole life has changed I totally changed my eating habits and now I know what to do to keep the weight off so I will stay healthy and fit.Someone asked me what will happen whenI am done with the program?I will tell you .THIS IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!.I don't plan on gaining the weigh back.It was hard work and worth every bit of soreness that came with the workouts.The staff at FITNESS MATTERS were there with me every step of the way.I want to give a special thanks to my trainer Eric ,he was there for me every step of the way and also to Heather Gansel the owner of FITNESS MATTERS for giving me this great opportunity.New Years is coming up and when you make your New Years resolution to lose weigh and get in shape your going to need some help and guidance.
