For those of you that have been following my quest since September to lose weight ,get in shape and be FIT BY THE FIRST of the new year.Check this out I have lost inches off my waist.I have move up two belt notches. I can't belive it! Eric (my personal trainer) has had me focusing mostly on my core ,that is where my spare tire was..It is not here anymore and my back pain is almost completely gone.I feel great ! You know ,once get you get past the first couple of weeks you start to look forward to your workouts. These workouts are not easy everyday that you go there is something different. The FITNESS MATTERS staff are there with you every step of the way. They will also work with your schedule ,not theirs. If you believe those infomercials that you only have to workout a few minutes a day or take a pill or drink and to get you in shape .It probably wont happen. Its all about eating right and daily exercise and the staff at FITNESS MATTERS on High Ridge Road in Stamford will take through every step. Please stop by and let them give you a fitness evaluation.tell the Tommy sent you.You can also check out their website. www.fitnessmatters.com.
