So this weekend I decided to take a big chance...I wanted to see if my working out at FITNESS MATTERS on Highridge Road in Stamford was doing its job.I tried on a pair of pants that I couldnt come close to buttoning in the spring.To my surprise I was able to get the pants on and button them.They were a little snug but they fit and I wore them for the rest of the day.Heres the thing I am now in week six of my goal to be FIT BY THE FIRST of the new year and I am getting there with hard work and a healthy way of eating.Now when i see or read these commercials that all you have to do is take a pill a few times a day and you will lose lots of weight I know thats not really going to happen.The way to do it is through hard work and believe me you will get the results.So why not stop by FITNESS MATTERS on Highridge Road in Stamford or check oou their website www.fitnessmatters.com ...
