FIT BY THE FIRST
Hey there,
Hope you had a nice weekend.The weather was great I hope you were able to get out for a while.It was a lazy weekend for me it was the first time in many weeks that I did not have to work.I did a little yard work and took a nice long bike ride yesterday.The bike ride was just to keep me in tune for my workout today at FITNESS MATTERS on Highridge Road in Stamford.Today I start week number six in my quest to be FITBYTHE FIRST of the new year.This program is really working I rode about 5 miles yesterday and I didn't even get winded.Plus my clothes are starting to fit a bit better.I owe it all to my personal trainer Eric ,he has me work hard at every session and it pays off.You really should think about a trip to FITNESS MATTERS...Check out their website www.fitnessmatters.com
