Hello there,

I am having a very hard time this morning trying to type this blog.Yesterday I went to my training session at FITNESS MATTERS on High Ridge Road in Stamford .I happened to wear a sleeveless tshirt.Eric my trainer started getting on me for wear a shirt to show off my "guns".Let me tell you that there are no "guns" on my arms.Eric decided that yesterday we were going to work on my arms. The workout was tough besides working with weights we did a bunch of exercises with a weighted ball. You see that one of the many great things at FITNESS MATTERS in Stamford. Its not your basic weight lifting and treadmill kind of workout. They have innovative ways to get you in shape so you are never bored with your workout. I am now into week number four of my quest to be FIT BY THE FIRST of the new year and guess what?People are starting to see a change ,which makes me feel great...If you have been thinking about getting in shape and maybe losing a few pounds now would be the perfect time to join FITNESS MATTERS and you too get be FIT BY THE FIRST. You can get more information at www.fitnessmatters.com. See you there .
